We loved working with Dawn during our recent home buying process. As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions, and Dawn was always easy to get ahold of and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were informed and comfortable each step of the way. Dawn is incredibly patient (we looked at houses for just shy of 12 months) and incredibly knowledgeable (she pointed out many important things along the way that, having never owned a home before, we never would have even thought to take note of). We always felt like she had our best interest in mind, and appreciated her honesty throughout the process. Without Dawn, we would have been very lost! Dawn is an excellent person to have in your corner, a fantastic realtor, and truly a pleasure to work with. We couldn't recommend her enough!

Dawn is the best! My parents decided to sell their home and move into an apartment. Dawn was so thorough and professional and kind to my parents. This was a very stressful time in their lives and Dawn couldnt have been more wonderful to work with. She made sure they understood the process of what was going on and kept them apprised of everything. Dawn went over and above making sure their house was kept safe while empty and visited it frequently to make sure my parents had peace of mind. She is extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions. She made the whole process look and feel so easy but I know she works hard behind the scenes to make it so. I would call my mother and she would tell me she just got off the phone with Dawn, she would say Dawn is such a sweetheart, we told Dawn she is like family now! Like I said Dawn is the best and we are so lucky to have had her and I wouldnt hesitate to tell anyone who needs an agent to contact her!

I wish I could give Dawn more stars! Her expertise was invaluable. She was so on top of things every step of the way of the home shopping and purchase process. She was so quick to respond to our questions and needs, which really put us at ease. She is the realtor you want in your corner on any deal.

Dawn does not stop working to get the best outcome for her clients. I've made someessy situations as I've tried to navigate the right real estate for me and Dawn has always gone way, way above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure things worked out best for me. She has been through every scenerio you can imagine and when she faces a new one, she adapts and learns as quickly as she possibly can, putting in crazy hours to provide for her clients. Add to that the fact that she's simply a fabulous person outside of her job and you have found your next agent and friend!
