We have been so lucky to have had Julie as our realtor. She is so knowledgeable about the market and very smart and forward thinking when deciding on listing price and navigating through offers. We ended up with an offer that works perfectly both money and timing wise and with the least procedures. The admin team is excellent too. Their associated staging consultation service is really professional and helpful, their photographer did an amazing job capturing the best of our house which I believe helped attract so many showings. We know the market right now is in favor of sellers, but without a professional and experienced realtor, we still wouldnt have sold the house in just 4 days and got an offer so perfect. All in all, we are very very happy with Julie and team. And we cant recommend her enough for anyone else who needs help selling or buying a house.
