Professional and pleasant. Very helpful to explain things, answer questions, and make suggestions that someone not familiar with selling real estate might not think about. She worked with us, never pushing us into things we didn't want. She was good to schedule meetings at convenient times. I appreciated that, not only did she emphathize with us as sellers, but she also helped us see things from the buyers' perspective
