Tom and Lynn came over to our house 6 months before we were going to List it. They showed us some things to do (repairs) to make the house show well. Then they came and took pictures for the brochure, as I wanted pictures that the new owners could see what the house would look like with furniture as we would be moving out most of it before we listed it. They are very professional and know how the market works. I would highly recommend them.
