I am Don Spica with Re/Max SmartHub about fifteen years now helping sellers and buyers with new construction, resale, investment properties and relocation. Don is a PA licensed Realtor, who also has the following certifications of ABR and GRI & CRS. ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. GRI (The Graduate Realtor Institute) designation is the benchmark of real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of expert Services by securing a strong educational foundation and is highly trained in many areas to serve and protect their client. CRS (Certified Residential Specialists). The CRS certification is held only by 1 in 20 realtors. Don is a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
