I couldnt have chosen a better person to guide me through the process of selling my home in the Philadelphia suburbs and buying a condo in center city. One big advantage is that Damon has offices and therefore the experience, in both locations. Secondly, he kept me grounded when I occasionally wondered if I was making the right decisions. Third, when a situation occurred in the pre-settlement phase of my condo, something that Damon had never experienced before in all his years as a realtor, he kept his cool and told me that it would all work out in the end. We were very pleased with the entire experience of selling our home with Damon's firm. He brought a deep understanding of the community and the current market to our home sale. We priced it right for the market and followed his guidance regarding preparation of our home for showing. Our home sold in one week. On the back end of the offer, he successfully negotiated a very fair post-inspection agreement. No matter what hurdle arose, eg; we needed last minute sidewalk repairs thanks to Lower Merion township, Damon and his team took care of it for us. Damon and his team are all very nice to work, professional, knowledgeable, and were cognizant of the COVID prevention measures. We were not required to attend the closing in person.
