Dave & Rich Maeilla were wonderful throughout the whole experience of buying our home. We were put in contact with them through our inquiry with Zillow and ultimately worked primarily with Dave as our buyer's agent. He was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and helped the process run smoothly. We were not from the area and he put us in contact with a home inspector and provided us with a great local contractor to help with some future improvements to our new place. The Maiella team was amazing to work with! We were pretty picky and specific on what we were looking for, but that didn't stop them from trying their hardest to find our new home. I know I was demanding and frustrating at times, but they did their best to calm me down and let me know that everything would be ok. They never made me feel like a pain or an inconvenience.
