Christine Mantwill was a joy to work with when I recently bought my first home. She has a very low key, no pressure style, and found exactly the type of house I was looking for in a very short time. She understands the way clients feel about their homes, whether buying or selling. She is aware of the importance of the emotional or personal connections people have with the places they live. She is friendly, funny and intuitive, never rushing or leading.

My wife and I met Chris at an open house and tortured her for probably 2+ years slowly seeing homes after work or on weekends until we found the right one. I don't think there are many realtors who would put up with clients who were knowingly waiting for the right house over such a long time, but Chris did it with a smile and was always confident we would find our "forever home" - which we did! Chris was great navigating us through the buying process and helped us to sell our townhome in TWO DAYS for significantly over asking price! As if all that weren't enough, when I got home today I got a reminder in the mail from Chris with documents showing what I paid in property taxes for my new home which did NOT show up on my 1098 - that little thoughtful act AFTER she had already sold us our house (months ago!) saved me over $1k on my tax bill! Seriously not enough positive I can say about her! I wouldn't even consider going to another realtor!

Christine was absolutely exceptional helping my husband and I buy our first home! She is very knowledgeable and experienced and was on top of everything every step of the way. As first time home buyers we didn't know anything about this process and were very intimidated, and we were also buying a home in an area that we did not grow up in, but she explained everything so that we could understand it perfectly and was extremely knowledgeable in the history of houses and the real estate market in our area. She also made sure to regularly check in with us and keep us updated. On top of that, she is so kind and personable and such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend
