Patty is a knowledgeable, particularly patient, and polite individual. She helped tremendously not just with finding a home, but guiding us for recommendations when we asked regarding inspections. Once we chose who we'd like to do what inspections, she set everyone up for us, and I was not able to be there for even one of the 8 or so inspections; she took care of it all and was right by our side through closing. On our final walk through there was an issue from the Sellers that was not addressed that was supposed to be removed from the house. Patty calmly picked up the ball and contacted the seller's agent and got them to take action prior to us closing.She's excellent.Thank you, Patty.
