I was located in Texas while trying to purchase a home in Pa. It took a long time to find something I liked long-distance, but Bill was incredibly patient and tremendously helpful to me. I wasn't sure which county I wanted to live in, and thanks to Bill knowing the area so well, I found a beautiful home in a city I'd never heard of before. Bill was great to work with. Very patient and willing to go back to houses with you to double check if you like them. Helped me think through the pros and cons of each house and will give an honest opinion when he doesn't like a house! Plus he's fun and kind.
