This was the smoothest, easiest home sale I've ever experienced! (We've moved several times.) Anne was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. The house sold in six days!

Anne was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so flexible with our crazy schedules and really worked with us. She really understood our wants and needs for a home. When we would send her lists of houses, she was able to help us weed through what would, and would not, work for us. We never wasted time seeing homes that didnt fit us. Anytime we would converse with her, we felt like we were talking to an old friend. We would HIGHLY recommend her. She alleviated so much of our stress in the home buying experience, and we are so appreciative. 5+ stars for sure!

When I think about Anne the fist thing that comes to mind is her genuine passion for her clients desire to find a home and the level that she goes to make it happen. From the time we signed on with her our old house sold in two days and she was available 24/7 to contact with any and all questions that came up regarding the move. Before we knew it we were in our new house and when it was all said and done it seemed as Anne was part of the family. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to sell or buy with who cares about you as a person and not just a number, you invest your time with Anne, In turn she will do the same for you. Today we consider Anne not just the realtor we signed with but our friend.

Anne was very patient with us throughout the process of buying our first home in Beaver county. We were very selective in our new house search and Anne took the time to show us our options in the area. Anne answered all of our questions and texts in a timely manner and we very much appreciated it.
