When we started looking he was always open and honest about the home, could I afford it, would it qualify for the loan. He was even honestly about my thoughts about a house. He would always tell me, don't look at the wall color you can paint it. When you are in the process of making a purchase this big you want to work with someone who has your back, keeps your interest in mind and is trustworthy. Bill is that person plus more. When we finally found my home he was so excited for me. He told the contractors this has been a long time coming she deserves this, I'm so happy for her! You could see the pride/excitement on his face. Best experience ever, I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
