Peter and his team not only know what they're doing, they are great to work with. I sold my house in 6 days because of the excellent behind the scenes work they did to get ready for the launch date. I live in a beautiful neighborhood built in the 50s that is in transition from the original or second owners of the homes to the next batch of lucky home-owners. Peter and his team have helped sell 3 houses on my street in the past 4 months and are making it possible to maintain the neighborhood as family-friendly area with affordable housing. Peter went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and be available most of the day. He was honest and insightful about the properties we looked at, and he helped find me something in a reasonable price range that suited my needs. Even through the COVID-19 crisis, he still tried his best to keep things moving and worked with me and the seller to make the best of a bad series if events. Although my first home buying experience wasn't the best, it was a learning experience and Peter made sure to keep things going as smoothly as they could under the circumstances.

I went to an open house and returned home and suggested my husband review the house on line. We decided it was a house that we wanted to look at together. I contacted Peter Chiarkas and he scheduled for us to see the house within two days. Several days later, Peter's office called us stating someone made an offer on the house and asked if we wanted to make an offer. They were very helpful and walked us through the process. We made an offer and it was accepted. They were always available and very pleasant to work with. They also were very professional and eager to answer any questions we had. They also connected us with various professionals who performed appraisals, inspections and loans. It really made for a smoother process.
