Chris Wallace is probably the best thing to have come out of 2020 for my wife and I. As first time home buyers we were totally unaware of how the process works and she made it as easy and painless as it could possibly be. Viewing were scheduled fast and her wealth of knowledge assisted us in making many decisions. Most importantly to us her expertise in writing offers got our first and only offer accepted on a house we loved at a price we are very happy with. If she had not educated us on how the market had been behaving our planned offer could have been ignored or out bid and we would still be looking. We can't recommend Chris Wallace enough!
