Merlin Weaver

Merlin had been reaching out to us for the house listing for a couple of years. We were renting the house at the time, but earlier this year we decided to sell. We have Merlin a call because of the personal touch we felt like we were getting from him. Unlike other realtors, he sent us a video of why he should be the listing agent. From the time we first met him, we knew we could trust him. He gave us suggestions, but ultimately gave us the power to make the final decisions. We went with the recommendations he made and we got an offer on the first day. The offer was in the ball park, but he still helped us get up to the final number we wanted. He stepped up and did more than what we could have ever imagined. After the closing we went out to lunch and it felt like we were friends for a very long time. We are planning on reaching out to him when we buy our next house. He is THE guy to go to if you need an honest, friendly, and respectful realtor.

Merlin helped us when we thought there was no hope. My husband and I felt stuck in our home that we bought when we were young that needed a lot of work, and couldn't afford to keep up with. He helped us find a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and sell our other home as a short sale. It was stressful, however Merlin was always helpful, patient and reassuring that everything would work out and it did! I recommend Merlin to my family, friends, and clients.

Outside of being the greatest realtor I have ever known (and I know and have worked with many realtors), Merlin Weaver, is by far the most wonderful, incredible man, and I am so lucky to have met him! Merlin did a fantastic job in selling our home. Marketing on several platforms along with wonderful photos, 3D video and drone pictures made a huge impact.
