This review has been in the making for quite some time. I found Ron about 2 years ago when we were desperate to really turn up the dial on our home search. Quick backstory to this that I don't think Ron even truly understands how important this was in our role in working with him I had had contacted so many agents that day without a single phone call back. I was only looking at local names friends had used. It got to the point I was so frustrated that I typed in "BEST REALTOR BUTLER COUNTY, PA" into google and figured, something has to come up for that right? When Ron Huber's name popped up and I read some reviews and saw his work history, I figured, well, this surely looks like the guy we need to help us find our forever home. When Ron returned our phone call, I literally thought, "OK, this is a good sign, we're making progress." What I didn't know that day was that we were getting so much more than a realtor. Ron has been such a vital part of our home search that it is unreal.

We had the pleasure of working with Ron in 3Q2021 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Ron's incredible work and depth of knowledge. He brought in a great photographer/videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with a challenging buyer. Ron was very professional and kept the transaction moving along in a timely manner. He was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers). Overall, we had a great experience!

Ron is phenomenal to work with! I highly recommend working with him. His knowledge of the area and the buying/selling process was huge in helping us buy and sell our house. He is kind, funny, and always has his clients best interest in mind. He will stand up for his clients when needed during negotiations and he thoroughly explains the entire process. He listens to your wants and needs and keeps those in mind always. I truly cant say enough good things about working with Ron.

Ron Huber is the best!! Not only is he knowledgeable on all things real estate he makes the process seem effortless. Both selling and buying our home was a breeze due to his diligence. Would never use another team. Would not trade him for the world!! Fantastic experience selling our home for top dollar and he was fantastic on our purchase!
