Mike Russo is phenomenal. He's calm, he's confident, he has connections. He never makes you feel like your concerns or questions aren't 100% valid. Working with him truly feels like it's the only thing he's doing. We have worked with Mike before but this week we sold and bought on the same day. Our sellers didn't have a realtor and Mike stepped up and handled our situation anyways. Although we received immediate offers, Mike encouraged us to keep our scheduled showings. He spent his weekend showing our home 42x even though we already had an offer over asking - talk about looking out for your clients' best interest. Also, as we were moving our belongings into our new house the night before we closed, we noticed water coming into the basement. Mike was on the phone with us at 10pm calmly talking us through scenarios. He then drafted an email to both attorneys presenting the options to them so that we were still able to close on time. We are so grateful for all he has done for us.
