Christopher came recommended from a family friend. Throughout to whole process I considered myself annoying with so many phone calls, and emails yet he took it all so calmly. Very much so a professional person, and actually listens to your needs. I can say that the process itself is work, but he definitely always found a way to simplify it. I mean hes someone who can help a wide variety of people, and he also actually cares. He recommended many resources along the way, and even after we closed he continues to do so. Im very content, and will be utilizing him when I go for my second home. All the Contractors hes introduced along the way have been awesome. Thank you.

Chris was extremely helpful with all aspect of homebuying and explained all steps of the process and answered any questions we had as first time home buyers. He made it possible for us to find and buy our perfect home in our limited time frame. He even followed up after we moved in and ensured all aspects of our negotiation we fulfilled. Cant find the words to describe the amazing service that Chris provided for me. Chris went well above his normal duties in order to get everything in order and make the process as easy as possible. Any bumps along the road that came up, Chris was already a step ahead, paving the road to make it as smooth as possible for when I arrived. The whole time I could see so clearly that he had my best interest at heart and gave me his honest opinions on each property we viewed! He was not in it simply to make a commission check, he was in it to be an advocate for me and make sure I was making the right decisions the entire time. There was multiple properties that I wanted and instead of just selling me the house. He took the time to explain, and show me why that property was not in my best interest.
