Originally from the Midwest, my husband and I moved to Stone Mountain, GA in 1980 to start a new business and then to Snellville where we raised our three children. We now have two grandchildren and a dog named Sir Alex Ferguson. After boating on Lake Lanier for many years, we moved to Lake Hartwell in 2005. By water, we are very near the jumping rock. My husband builds custom lake and golf course homes in Northeast Georgia. I've been licensed in Georgia & South Carolina for 10 years. I obtained an additional Accredited Buyers Representative designation in 2014. I would love to help you with your buying and selling needs on Lake Hartwell!

We partnered with Debbie Henderson to buy a lot on Lake Hartwell and would highly recommend her. Heres why: buying real estate is a big deal for most people. Its an expensive purchase with serious financial and emotional ramifications for the purchaser. Having proper representation is critical you need to know your realtor is working for you. Debbie did just that. She was knowledgeable about the ever changing real estate regulations. She knew the local market, had access to the latest sales data, and helped us craft an offer that was fair. She provided guidance in identifying our terms and conditions so that if negotiations soured, our financial outlay was minimal. Once our offer was accepted, she identified all necessary steps and timelines required to close the deal which helped alleviate stress. All during this process, her demeanor was always professional, highly ethical and she was always reachable (either by email and/or phone).
