We recently moved to Lake Murray from Carlsbad CA and prior to coming east I was referred to Johnny and Kit by a friend who had bought a home from them years ago. Within minutes of making my first phone call I knew we were going to be in good hands.....both of them were so friendly, knowledgeable and inviting that I felt like I had known these people for years. The immediately set us up on their amazing website that allowed us to look at homes and make decisions grouping them using the built in tracker. Throughout the process from looking online, to home visits, to making the offer, to arranging and being there for the closing they were always there for us. I was impressed with so many things including their professionalism and ethics, and particularly their returning of phone call and email inquiries in such a timely manner. They are indeed client focused! And the best part is that they are both terrific people who created a wonderful experience for us! Our thanks for both of them...
