We do not live locally, and entered into a tough market with extreme limited inventory and vacation houses that were selling so quickly, it made it difficult for us to see them before they went under contract. Curry to the rescue with FaceTime showings, flexible availability with her showing schedule, and ultimately using her contacts, while considering our buyer preferences, to locate a house before it hit the market. Once we went under contract, the closing date was tight, and again, being from out of state we were concerned about meeting our deadline. Curry held our hand through the process, provided contacts for insurance quotes, attorneys, speciality inspectors, and even local cuisine. She continuously followed up with all parties involved with the closing to avoid costly delays, or issues that could undermine closing. We closed happily, right on time and are thankful for her assistance and guidance through the process! Five star experience!!
