In late September we visited Charleston to find areas that we would want to buy a home. The last day of our visit we met with Lisa to discuss our needs and wants. Lisa provided us with details for these areas and told us she would send us homes that could meet our needs. Lisa sent us homes in three different areas that we had requested. She also sent us details regarding future development plans surrounding these areas. We returned to Charleston in late October. Lisa had sent us a list homes were laid out in a very logical manner and she had information about each development that included numerous aspects. For one of the developments, Lisa took videos of the development and surrounding area that she sent us. We found our current home and closed in late December.
