I cannot say enough about Olivia Cooley and her staff. I initially met with Olivia about 3 months before we put our house on the market. I really appreciated her siting down with me and explaining everything in great detail and answering all of my questions. I was blown away with the extremely informational packet she gave me explaining the market and comparing our homes in the area. I then began working with Charles once we placed it on the market, and I was just as blown away with what a wonderful agent we had helping us. He was always available to speak with me, even answering my phone call when he was on vacation. I appreciated how honest he was and how well he explained everything and answered my questions. The entire staff is so professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I consider Charles a dear friend of mine now. If you are looking for agents who are personable and truly care about you and your home, I would never recommend anyone besides this amazing group of people!!!
