We found Sherry on Yelp. She's very friendly, courteous, and responds quickly. She treats her clients with such professionalism we felt very comfortable we made the right choice to choose her as our agent. Our whole home buying experience with Sherry was the absolute best case scenario being that we bought our home sight unseen since we were relocating from FL to SC during a pandemic. Every house we sent her, she immediately researched and advised the status whether it was still on the market or had multiple bids, or accepted offers. When we finally found a house that was actually still available (ie., no offers made) she immediately went to see the house same day it came on the market, we made an offer, it was accepted next day, and we closed in 45 days on 5/22. We absolutely love our home and do not regret a thing! If you're looking to buy a home, do not hesitate to contact Sherry, she's hands down the best of the best! :)

Throughout my 15 years, I have had experience in purchasing and selling a few different properties. I would say that Sherry is the best realtor out there. 5 stars but I hope I can give her 10 stars and more. She SOLD our house in the very short time possible. It's was awesome.Throughout the process, Sherry has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call, email, or text no matter what time of the day or night it was. I am a service member and currently out of States. I put my house on sale due to bad renters. Sherry made an assessment and did everything she could for me to save money for the renovation. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honestly and most importantly her hard work ethic are much respected and much appreciated. We now consider Sherry a friend and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone especially with military service members to anyone that is searching or selling a home. Words are not enough to thank Sherry. I can not express how great Sherry was to us. We moved from Maryland to South Carolina blind. We had never been and she was the first person we met. She immediately made my whole family feel at home. From the start Sherry went above and beyond of what I expected. From first call I made to her she referred me to a great team who also worked very diligently to provide us with assistance in anything we needed to acquire a loan. She was always available and reliable. She was quick to respond and react allowing us to make one visit to find our dream home. I highly recommend Sherry especially if looking to move from out of state. At the end of the closing I felt like Sherry was a friend. She also have is the most beautiful personalized gift that I will forever cherish.

Sherry helped us find out beautiful home. The tricky part was that we were out of state and didn't even see the home until the day of closing. Sherry was great! She went out to neighborhoods/houses and took video and pictures and even took some measurements for us and spoke with neighbors when they were around. She usually answered when I called/texted or got back to me very quickly if she couldn't. She found answers to all of my MANY questions. Great realtor! We have been in our home over a month and a half now, and we love it.

My rental house heating unit was broken down before the closing the house transaction. And I called her let her know what's going on,and I don't know anybody to repair the unit. Sherry called someone she knew and you can also trust (Four Season Heating and Cooling company). Now the house have a brand new unit and Dec. 6th 2019 sold the house by Sherry Chestnut Caldwell Real estate. I'm really appreciated Sherry Chestnut and I will use her again as my realtor in the future when I'm coming back to South Carolina.
