Sold my parent’s house. First day he provided referrals for paint, repairs, carpet cleaning, and staging. Each was timely, reasonable cost, and excellent. I received texts for each showing, and feedback. Great advice on offers & counteroffers & sale. His rate was a little higher but worth every cent with higher list/sales price. He knows Crowfield value. Absolutely recommend him.
