John was amazing! He was willing to show us many houses until we found our home. HE was diligent in negotiation and always had our best interests in mind. His website is so easy to use and shows nearby listings and recent sales. So much easier than any other site we looked at. He was on top of the market, knew the area, and is a total professional. He has the must charming, down to earth personality.

Our long distance move wasn't easy, but we couldn't have done it without John Bell and the Southern Bell team by our side. I called John back in September frantically looking for some direction as I began my search for a house in Mount Pleasant, while still living in Boston, in the middle of a pandemic! We only had a few weeks until the big move, and with the COVID travel restrictions; I was anxious to have to do it all remotely. John was confident we could get this done within our short time frame with no issues, and he was absolutely right!! From day one, John never wavered. John's knowledge of the area helped keep me informed about the specific neighborhoods and their price ranges, and throughout this entire process, we never felt pressured!! We also saw first hand that John and his team have a unique ability to adjust & adapt to their clients needs on the fly. We always felt John had our best interests at heart.
