Derek was nothing short of a MIRACLE!!! If something needed done, HE DID IT!!! Including CUT DOWN A TREE that had been damaged in the hurricane AND DRIVE TWO HOURS to assist a party necessary to the transaction in locating a notary to complete the closing. Derek was a HERO in every sense of the word and using anyone else would be a true tragedy!!!
