I want to take the time to let you know what an excellent job you provided in finding and settling the house we were looking for in Myrtle Beach. For more than 3 years we have been working with you, looking and finally found our vacation home. You also went beyond that with the appraiser, the loan officers, the electric, then by hunting down the lien holder of the property and got it squared away before settlement. The constant emails and listing paid off. I know that you put in a tremendous number of hours looking for the property that fits our need. It was an exceptional real estate experience!

We cannot say enough good things about Eric. We have used him a few times over the years for the purchase and sale of a couple properties. As long as he is in the game, wed never use anyone else. Eric is great about making you feel as if youre his only client while in reality juggling multiple things on the day-to-day. He always seems to know someone to refer for anything needed from pest control to HVAC etc.. etc...and his referrals have always taking care of us and not taken advantage of our wallets! He is very knowledgeable on the area, what neighborhoods fit what needs, laws, regulations and things we wouldnt normally have even thought of. He has always been a text or phone call away from the first time meeting and has always been willing to help, regardless of what was needed. Eric is not one of those people who disappear once they have their job completed!

Eric was very helpful with everything we got accomplished, from showing houses to my closing date also still a good friend as well anything I need help with now that Im in my new home I dont hesitate to call hes always there Thanks again Eric for everything you and your team has done for my family.

Eric was very professional. He always got back to us promptly when we called with questions. He was very creative at problem solving as nothing went easy with our sale. None of the issues had anything to do with Eric but he got them all solved and we were able to close.

Eric went way above what I expected from a realtor. Not only did he help me find the ideal home, he helped determine the area that would be best suited for me. My closing was a month ago and I can still call him for any help or advice that may arise. He has recommended several contractors that have worked out great. It was a pleasure working with him.
