Desiree was awesome! Someone recommended her to us after a really bad experience with another realtor and within 3 days we were under contract! She knew exactly what we wanted, got us a good price in a crazy market and was SO helpful with answering questions as we were first time home buyers. I recommend her to everyone!

Desiree was always responsive and easy to reach. She was willing to do anything to help and truly had her client in mind with everything she did. Anytime I had questions she was willing to answer or find the answer if she didn't know it. Desiree made the stressful process as easy and streamlined as she could.

When I look back at the beginning of this home adventure, I wonder... How were we so extremely lucky to fall into the hands of Desiree Hooper! Desiree was so friendly and helpful from the first phone call. Told her our interest in a property in Longs, SC. She was not the listing agent but took the time to look at it online with us. She told us about the area and how close it was to the beach and she would do some research for us. During the conversation we asked about some other properties. She checked them out with us and we talked about them. One of the properties she said does look real nice but stay away. And explained all the problems. We were very impressed with her professionalism, honesty and personality. Big plus was having an agent actually call us back the next day! lol Desiree got us all the info we needed and did a face time walk through with us. We got to ask questions and look at different parts of the house not covered by the original pictures. Process went smoothly

Working with Desiree was an absolute pleasure. I live in Connecticut and was looking to purchase in the south. Desiree would make me feel like I was looking at the property live. We first met Desiree in Dec 2019, she was very supportive when she showed us about 50 places from my list and her list and I was getting low said there isnt anything out there to fit us. And than we found the perfect place she negotiated for us after the inspection to was able to get a warranty pkg. to help us feel comfortable knowing we wouldnt have to worry. She is knowledgeable and sweet. We are so happy with our new home.
