Let me define ABOVE AND BEYOND for a Real Estate Agent. ABOVE: Organizing a series of showings on short notice when I flew in to visit the command I was being stationed at. AND: When after I flew home (1000 miles away) and none of the houses we viewed together met my VA loan standards. She continued to show me homes through FACETIME and organize a closing. BEYOND: When a selling agent/owner who initially demanded contract parameters that were not general practice began to break contract and refused to pay a contractor and then began to bully us (for lack of a better term) into backing out. Cristina at any hour the situation demanded used her experience and knowledge to negotiate and ultimately close in time for me to report for duty.
