There were just a few little communication problems which Jan Freeman immediately took care of for us. We'd recommend Jan in a heartbeat to any buyer or seller. We've used her in both situations several times.

Jan took the time to understand all of my needs and suggested only the properties that matched - I did not look at anything that was not a fit for me. Jan was very supportive in my needs and listened to all I wanted to have in a home and worked to get me that. And I ended up with my Charleston area dream home!

Since we were out of the area Jan went out of her way to return our house to a selling condition after renters damaged the property. She coordinated with all the agencies and ensured the work performed was high quality. We trusted her with all the work performed and she always kept us informed and was attentive to our budget. This was the 2nd experience with Jan and both times she exceeded our expectations.
