A little about me. I am very proud to hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation which places me in an elite group of real estate professionals that accounts for less than 4% of all Realtors across the country. Other designations include, ABR, GRI, and SRES. Jim won "Rising Star Award" as a new agent showing the most promise and has consistently placed in the top producers in Charleston area. Our clients are our number 1 concern and we are motivated to serve all of our clients to the best of our ability by focusing on every phase of the real estate transaction process. We will conduct ourselves and our business with the utmost integrity, the keenest knowledge and with the most effective negotiating skills. Our real estate team includes four full time agents, including a commercial agent. Our coordinator handles all paperwork to ensure the process is smooth for our clients. We have sold over 3000 homes & have over 50 years of combined experience in the Charleston area.
