Loren is a phenomenal realtor! I was referred to her by some friends who used her last year who had rave reviews. I was moving from Hawaii to South Carolina and didnt have a lot of time to search for a home in order for it to be move in ready by the time I actually moved their. I called Loren about a month before meeting her to touch base, and when I flew in to look at homes she had a ton a homes to look at. She showed me 15 homes in one day(Yikes, but it was my choice), and made a decision, put in an offer and it got it accepted same day!
