I have been in the real estate business for 12 years. I own the Red Door team at Keller Williams Realty and have a fabulous team supporting me. It’s not me you’re hiring. I grew up in small town Montrose, obtained my teaching degree from Dakota State University and was a teacher for 10 years prior to Real-estate. I got into real estate when I was 30 years old, I am 42 currently. I have bought and sold the number of homes in the Sioux Falls area and currently reside on an acreage outside of Canton South Dakota. I have four lovely children and my wife Beth is a interior designer and has her own storefront in Canton call Heartland Spaces Market.

Katie started in Real Estate in the beginning of 2008 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2013. She has lived in the Sioux Empire for the majority of her life and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Katie very selflessly has given hundreds of hours of her time to various charities around Sioux Falls including Make-A-Wish, Meals On Wheels, The Banquet & The Closet by The Foster Network, as well as being the Director of Almost Home Canine Rescue. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients reach their goals and educating them with as much information about real estate as she can.

Sarah went to school in the Sioux City area - but more so claims her roots which are in population 271 - Newcastle, NE. She grew up riding horses, fishing, and playing softball and volleyball. The college years were spent at The University of South Dakota as a member of Alpha Xi Delta. A lifetime of fun, friends, and memories was made during those 4 years. So much so, Sarahlyn returned to Vermillion a few years later and earned her Masters in Business Administration. Sarah married Brian Gross on 9-10-11 and they have a 6-year-old daughter, Bria. They live in Dell Rapids, SD and are currently building a SHOUSE (shop/house) on an acreage 8 miles north of Sioux Falls.

I have lived in Sioux Falls most of my life so if you need to know the history of neighborhoods who best then myself. I attended and graduated from Lincoln High School (go Class of '87) & the University of South Dakota in '96. I served my country from '90-'94 in the Armed Services (Coast Guard way fun in Florida!). I have a wonderful wife, Michelle, for the past 30 yrs and a 22 yr old son trying to figure his way on this spinning blue ball.
