Seth was great! He was very knowledgeable and offered great non-biased advice, but always made sure that whatever I chose was my decision and to take my time. He was a lot of fun to work with as well and very prompt to get back to me regarding the sell/purchase our our homes, he also was a great advocate for us during this process. My family and I could not be happier with the turnout, we would definitely recommend Seth Malott to anyone and will for sure use him again if the opportunity presents itself!

Simply amazing from start to finish! Seth and his assistant Courtney went above and beyond while helping my wife and I find our dream home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of nerves and anxiety. However, Seth was very easy going and very straight forward from the start, which really put us at ease. Both Courtney and Seth were able to meet us anytime and anywhere and have an extensive knowledge of the market. Seth took the time to get to know what we were looking for and then sought out and recommended homes to meet our criteria. With each home he was extremely thorough, answered all of our questions and pointed out the pros and cons that only a realtor of his experience could recognize. In addition, he has great negotiation skills and is very patient, letting the buyer decide on what home is best for them. We looked at over 30 houses with Seth or Courtney and they reminded us numerous times that they would be by our side if it took 1 week or 100 weeks.

We cannot thank Seth enough for his constant attention to detail and concern for helping our family find the right house. We were 75% finished with closing on a house and something fell through on the sellers end. We were devastated for the moment but the next day found an even better house and were so pleased with Seth helping us through the difficult process. We are now settled in at home and feel so blessed that we didnt have to go through this process alone. I would recommend Seth Malott over and over again and look forward to working with him in the future!
