Sacha Picotte

Sacha Picotte is a Realtor with the National Association of Realtors and known locally in Sioux Falls, SD. She began building her business in 2009 while juggling a full-time job, motherhood, and remnants of an Education degree. While becoming a teacher was a long-time goal, real estate became a passion. She immediately jumped into the shoes of a buyer and purchased her first home, and that was one of her first deals. Her enthusiasm about home ownership drove her to motivate others into home ownership. As most agents do, she began working with first-time home buyers. Today, she represents sellers and buyers equally. She is a proud mother of 4 children Born in South Dakota, Sacha made the move to Dyess AFB, Texas as a little girl. She spent many wonderful years in Texas. After her parents retired, they moved back to South Dakota and she followed suit. Now several years later, she is still enjoying raising her family here, practicing real estate here, and making new memories everyday.
