With nineteen years of real estate experience serving over 1,000 clients, I've learned that sellers and buyers don't want to be sold, they want real information, my expertise and the benefit of my experience so they can make a good, informed decision. When working with buyers, I believe that the house sells itself; I don't sell the house. When working with sellers, my job is to assist the seller in getting the home ready for the market, priced right for market conditions, then market the home proactively to find buyers ready to pay the best price in the current market.
