My experience with Ruby was great. As the selling agent, she was both helpful and respectful of both us (the buyers) and the sellers. We had a tight schedule and she was helpful with coordinating inspections with the sellers still in the home and with coordinating a few finishing details when they left. Mrs coffee did an outstanding job for my parents! As their son and in a different state, Mrs. Coffee walked them through every step with care and diligence. She went out of her way to help them pack, get estate sales and auctioneer info and eventually get things sold. She helped them get their car sold and show them pictures of homes we were looking at in my state. Most of the time she did this after hours and frequently. She, in my opinion, is a fantastic real estate agent and kind hearted individual! I thank you Mrs. Coffee for all of your hard work and great care of my parents.
