I found her invaluable in the pricing and staging of the home and navigating the contract negotiations. She knows the Nashville area well, how best to market and position the property and clearly has tons of experience in her industry. Hands-down the fastest, easiest home sell with an agent who looks out for her clients, is super responsive to any question or concern and truly cares about the families she represents.
