Hi! I have been a licensed agent since 1978. My first 9 years was spent selling homes and becoming a Broker in Nazareth, Pennsylvania Once we were transferred to Knoxville my studies continued. I became a Graduate of the Realtors Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist. Helping Buyers buy and Sellers sell is my passion. Folks in Knoxville had difficulty pronouncing my last name... so The House Lady was born! In 1989. In 2023 the company became WALLACE Real Estate, the largest independent company in East Tennessee! I pursued my Luxury designations. CLHMS-Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Leading Real Estate Luxury Homes Portfolio. Listing homes for Sale has been exciting for me. I enjoy tailoring a marketing plan to fits the particular house I have listed. It has been very successful. Buyers, on the other hand, are just plain fun.
