I named it after my father Harold Long who taught Isshinryu Karate in Knoxville for over 40 years. I train and supervise 22 Realtors at Harold Long Realty in North Knoxville and I am a full-time Realtor as well.

This was a difficult sale, because the seller did not want to make necessary repairs for the buyer's lender, but we were able to represent the buyer and get the seller to finally agree to the buyer's terms, and we were able to get this property closed with only a short delay. The buyer's were very happy we were able to work through these problems without the contract falling through, because they really wanted this home.
