Linda Meese works very hard. She never let a week go by without interacting with us and was always responsive. We had a total of roughly 75 showings scheduled by text. We did not have open houses except one for realtors. She recommended dropping our price several times over the year as we were in an area with quite a lot of new homes on the market. This strategy succeeded and we closed last week without making any significant changes to the house

Linda wasn't actually *our* realtor, she was the realtor for the seller whose house we purchased. That being said, Linda was FANTASTIC throughout our purchasing process--very responsive, open to questions, super helpful. We were so comfortable with Linda that we didn't even secure our own realtor! Would definitely recommend, would also use Linda again in the future if we needed a realtor
