This was our second experience as buyers with Tammy. She is always amazingly prepared. Tammy is also very responsive. In fact, she always got back to us within minutes. My husband and I have been real estate brokers for years in Minnesota and Florida so we always have very high expectations when it comes to working with agents. Tammy met those expectations.

Tammy was truly amazing! She made the entire process a pleasant experience. She always had our best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

In 2017 we used Tammy to purchase a property in Jamestown, so naturally we contacted her again when we decided to sell and purchase a new home in Knoxville. Again she went out of her way to accommodate us as our property was sold within one day and the buyers wished to close within 3 weeks. We spent almost two weeks looking at properties all around the knoxville area, and when we found the house we wanted she was able to work it out so that we only had to wait an extra 12 days for the closing after the sale of our home. Once more Tammy went over and above to ensure that we were able to find and purchase the home we wanted with little to no difficulties . Thank you again Tammy for the amazing job and the dedication to making our move so smooth.

I could make this short and sweet and just say "Tammy is simply the best," but I will elaborate a bit. I was making a move from Pennsylvania to Tennessee and needed a realtor to pick a bunch of houses for me to see over the weekend I was visiting Knoxville. Tammy made excellent choices based on my parameters and drove all over creation to show these houses. She is so knowledgeable und points out the pros and cons of each property, including the location, which is really important if you don't know the area. I found a house I loved and Tammy guided me through the negotiations to complete the purchase. I couldn't come for the closing nor the walk-through and Tammy handled all of this for me. She is such a great person to work with and I can whole-heartedly recommend her and will use her services again in the future. Great job Tammy, you are such a joy to work with!

Tammy contacted us initially after we failed to sell with local agencies. We feel very grateful to have worked with Tammy. She had far more potential buyers coming to see the house than anyone we had worked with before. We feel she worked hard to meet our expectations while also taking care of potential buyers.
