She managed more than 3,500 residential real estate appraisers for 4 years. Her job was to ensure that appraisers provided fair, ethical, and unbiased real estate valuations for buyers and sellers. Kaye also worked for a large financial institution, where she helped home buyers secure home equity lines of credit and second mortgages for their homes. She became a real estate investor, securing proper funding and renovating properties in the Memphis, TN area. Kaye has been a Realtor since 2014, and is licensed in Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Kaye is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager as well as a Certified Real Estate Negotiations Expert.
