My mother (84) and I hired Theresa Cook to sell her house in Memphis after my father passed at the end of 2021. From first contact, Theresa was extraordinarily understanding of our circumstances. She was infinitely patient, kind, and compassionate with my mother, and helped steer the sale in a way that was considerate of what Mom was going through. I live in Atlanta so Theresa was also very helpful in guiding me through the process from a long distance. In the end, she quickly got us a cash offer that far exceeded our hopes, along with a quick close. The whole process was smooth and worry free. Theresa has helped myself and members of my family on several real estate transactions. She has been great! I have never worked with a better Realtor in the 16 real estate transaction that I have been involved in. Theresa is friendly and professional. She is intentional in what she does, but never pushy. She gives good advice and even makes suggestions might result in her loosing a commission. She really does have her client's best interest in mind.
