After 18 years in the music industry, Jake Kennedy now helps people navigate the seemingly overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. On his time in music, he reflects, "I spent nearly two decades working to bring two parties together in order to make a deal that worked for everyone involved. It was a fantastic training ground for being a real estate agent." Choosing to buy or sell a home is a major life decision, and he strives to make the experience a smooth and enjoyable one. Architecture has long been his passion and, before becoming a REALTOR®, he spent years and countless hours driving the streets of Nashville on the hunt for interesting houses. He maintains a comprehensive list of Nashville’s most architecturally and historically distinct homes. "There are so many special houses in our great city and across Middle Tennessee," Jake says. "I believe every house tells a story. Playing a role in helping families end or add chapters to that story is exciting to me."
