Karen Wanamarta

Karen Wanamarta is a realtor/investor who calls Nashville home. Born in New York and raised in Indonesia, Karen has lived in Miami, New York, Singapore, Granada, Dublin, and now Nashville. After graduating from Brown University, she spent 5 years working at a hedge fund in New York before realizing her passion for real estate. Karen got her start as a real estate investor before dedicating herself to becoming a realtor and helping others achieve the dream of owning a home. Karen brings her expertise in numbers and investing to the table when working with clients and can speak firsthand to the unique challenges that come with buying and selling in an ever changing market. She loves working with first time and VA homebuyers (she is a certified military relocation specialist) and also specializes in out of state relocations and international moves. Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys going on hikes with her rescue dog, road trips to national parks, and a good book with an old fashioned.
