Scott was recommended to me by a close colleague. We loved that he was a local of middle TN because that helps with market trends and over knowledge of the area. There are not many true locals here anymore so that was great. He was always super responsive when we would call or text no matter what day or time. Scott also has a background in appraising and he came in HUGE for us when we were in our closing week to get the appraisal done and submitted before our deadline so we could move in that Friday. Definitely recommend him if you are looking for a realtor
