I first had contact with Steven in the summer of 2019. I inquired about several homes in the Nashville area, and Steven was the only one to respond. After several months of communication, we finally met Steven on a trip to Tennessee in the summer of 2020. We looked at several homes, and Steven was available at most any time. He was more than helpful and knowledgeable of the market and area. A couple months later, we bought a house, sight unseen, with Steven as our point man. Through the whole process, with there being negotiations twice, Steven kept us in constant communication. I just cant see how this could have been completed without his abilities and hard work. In a hot, competitive market, this is the guy you need.

Steven was knowledgeable on a variety of topics and provided keen expertise on issues that came up during the transaction. He was always available and polite-he keeps very long hours and works hard to give you the attention you deserve. He sold my house in 2 weeks from listing where my previous agent couldn't even get an offer in 7 months of listing time.
