Worst experience renting in my life! My family and I moved up to Unicoi from another state to be closer to my job and to eliminate traveling. First off... Communication. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Alan does not communicate well at all by any means. We traveled up here to an apartment that was not even ready. We had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights just to wait for the apartment to be ready to be moved into. Even then, we move in, and nothing is completed. He had promised us that he'll have his worker come by a couple of days to finish the odds and ends around there. Instead he told him that we were good. We didn't need anything done there. So for 6 months we were there with unfinished flooring on the stairs. No vent for the dryer. Closet doors broken, not even hung up. Bathroom vents and fixtures not put up. Outlet and faceplate covers nowhere in sight. Several issues with the neighbors. Even called the cops twice. And caught Alan on camera talking crap with the neighbor about us. HORRIBLE!!!
